Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter 
- ½ cup dry oats 
- ¼ cup honey 
- ¼ cup unflavored collagen powder (coconut flour would work, too) 
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand is my favorite) 
Directions:
Mix all together. Form into balls. Freeze on plate or tray. Enjoy!
